Webinars Hours?

Monday-Sunday Around the clock… Any webinars that are sold out will be broadcasted as soon as possible all hours of the day. If anyone is available to commence the webinar we will do so, we understand the anticipation and can’t wait to share the excitement.

Where does my FFL send his info to?

Have your FFL email us at FFL@apachearmstx.com and very important to put your name in the subject line.

When do y’all ship?

Packaging is done on Monday and Thursday afternoons. Packages are dropped off Tuesday and Friday Mornings. An email will be sent out with a tracking once the label has been created. If you don’t see it in your inbox Please check your spam folder before contacting us.

I was chosen in a webinar, can I ship this under someone else name ?

The answer is No!

What is an FFL?

Federal Firearms License.

I am not local nor can I physically pick up item, can I still participate in webinars?

YES, we can ship anywhere in U.S that’s permitted. All firearms will be shipped to any FFL of your choice. If you need help finding one, please reach out for assistance. We comply with all atf rules and regulations, so be certain you can legally take ownership of items being given away. For all non firearm items they will be shipped directly to you.

What is a webinar on Apache Arms?

A webinar is an online event that is hosted by Apache Arms and then broadcast to the group of individuals that pay to watch the webinar. The thing that sets us apart is that when the webinar is concluded one of the participants that purchased a seat will be selected randomly to receive the item featured in the webinar for free.

How old do I have to be to buy a gun?

You must be 21 years of age to purchase a handgun or receiver, 18 years of age to purchase a long gun from Apache Arms

I was picked as the recipient of the webinar, now what?

You will receive an email from Apache Arms depending on your preferred method of communication. If this is your first time to receive an item from us, we will walk you through the steps and answer any questions you might have. If the webinar was a firearm, we will need your FFL’s contact information and a copy of their license. They can email a copy of their license to: ffl@apachearms.com, we just ask that your name be in the subject line. If your item was not a firearm and does not require FFL transfer it will be shipped to the shipping address in your online profile. Your item (regardless of the type) will then be packaged and shipped within 72 hours unless you are notified otherwise. We do not charge additional fees but you should know that most FFLs charge a transfer fee so ask them before you have your item shipped there.

How will I know when a webinar I have paid for goes LIVE?

Text and/or email notifications will be sent out a few minutes prior to the webinar going LIVE. Only those who have purchased seats will be able to watch the webinar. If you miss watching the LIVE webinar don’t worry, all webinars will be archived and can be viewed at your convenience. All webinar videos are saved in your account history.

How do you ship my items?

Firearms are NEVER shipped to someone’s home. All firearms are shipped to an FFL per ATF regulations. If your item is a non-firearm it will be shipped to the address you provide. We ship via the USPS, FEDEx and UPS so please make sure that they will deliver to the address you provide.
